Make it harder for yourself to mess around on social media. Social media is designed to make it easy for you to open and browse quickly. One of the easiest ways is to ensure you get paid weekly is to be self-employed and working directly with freelance clients. By eliminating the middleman (i.e. a freelance platform like Fiverr or Upwork) where payment can be delayed because the platform collects the payment, keeps a small percentage, and pays you at their convenience.
